MY +1 WELLNESS ESSENTIAL: MIRALAX

Digestive health has been an important part of my GLP-1 journey.

MiraLAX is an over-the-counter osmotic laxative that I include in my personal routine for occasional constipation. It works by retaining water in the stool to make bowel movements easier.

MiraLAX is not a food, nutritional supplement, or weight-loss product. It should be used according to label directions and healthcare guidance.

All nutritional values are approximate and may vary by product, flavor, and serving size.

I’m not interested in temporary results. I’m building a healthier lifestyle that supports the woman I’m becoming in this next chapter of life.

If you’re navigating weight loss after 40 or 50, whether you’re using a GLP-1 medication or making lifestyle changes naturally, I hope this video encourages you to keep showing up for yourself.

  1. I don't eat breakfast but at about brunch time I will make my ON WHEY shake with my fat free milk, 4 tablespoons on the collogen peptides powder, half a frozen banana, and tablespoon of almond butter with a tablespoon of the PB2 powder. That gives me a big dose of protein and all that. I was doing the premier protein chocolate shake but they weren't doing much for me.
