👉 Women 30+ Lose Weight For Good
👉 30 FREE Recipes, for 30 days
I’ve coached thousands of women to transform their bodies in under six months – not by doing more, but by doing the right things.
These are those things – and it’ll only take you 23 minutes to learn them 🙂 Enjoy!
===================================================
Body Smart started in 2015 because we kept seeing the same story:
Women doing everything “right” – eating healthy, working out, trying to be consistent – but not seeing results. Feeling stuck, frustrated, and wondering what they were doing wrong.
The sad thing is that most of the time it’s not actually their fault.
These women hadn’t been given a way through their health challenges that actually made sense for them – programs that taught real habits and focused on sustainable changes… instead of forcing aggressive diets that were bound to fail.
Most of all, women weren’t seeing programs that understood where they are in life.
Not just in their own health & their age, but home lives that seemed to get MORE busy every year – with children, career changes, spouses, and growing life responsibilities.
Body Smart was created to fit into your life, with Coaching that revolves around what YOU truly need.
That’s why we focus on what matters most:
→ Helping you build habits that stick
→ Helping you work with your hormones, not against them
→ Helping you feel better in your body, without extremes
Our Body Smart Method works because we AVOID trendy fads & unsustainable routines.
That’s why over 5,000 women have seen results with us – and why we’re the highest-rated women’s health & weight loss company on Trustpilot, with 1,200+ five-star reviews.

Step 1 is the one everyone skips, writing down everything you're tired of feeling and flipping it into what you actually want, and it's the bit that makes the other 4 steps stick. Thank you for such a helpful and compassionate video on weight loss/healthy identity, I really appreciate it! Love the tip about changing the scale measurements!
Most of these diets takes so much time in prep and planning. So I am going to go back to predictable…healthy choices mixed with my favourites
Im waiting g for my recepes on email for 30 days. Only received recepe
You are just amazing🎉🎉🎉
i got a food tracking app to maintain a small deficit of 300 to 400kcal every day and that was the only way i could finally lose some weight. the ironic thing was that the more i ran the harder it was to lose weight. the only thing that worked was being disciplined with tracking my food intake. and the beauty of this was technically i could eat whatever i wanted but overall i had to keep the total intake within the deficit. and the palate is surprisingly easy to train. i also have a better approach to the higher calorific food like processed. sugar, or fried food. these are not bad or prohibited food they are just very costly on a calorie count basis. so the choice is still mine as to how much of that food i will eat.
I've watched a few of your videos now, and I just have to say, you have such a lovely personality. There is this beautiful warmth, care and passion that you radiate. I thoroughly enjoy your content.
I'm going though the same process again. In 2024 I got off about 10kgs and started hitting the gym. During this time, I was tracking my calories. It worked. I tracked everything and as long as it fit, I would have it. That led to me having about 2 chocolate bars a day, more fast food than I should have had, low fiber foods. I was impressed. I ate all the "treat" foods and the weight came off. I tracked for MONTHS. Eventually, I grew tired of the tracking and stopped. All the weight came straight back, because I was not fueling my body.
This time around, I stand in my resistance to tracking. I just decided a few things:
1) Workouts on weekday mornings because it helps me skip traffic on my way to work.
2) 3 substantial meals build around lean protein, a large portion of fiber and complex carbs for energy.
3) Focusing on lifting as heavy as I can.
4) Half an hour of walking after lunch, 20 minutes after dinner.
5) A 2l water bottle I finish before the end of the day.
6) Absolutely no tracking. Not because I think it is bad, but because it is an educational tool for a short period of time, and not something I can sustain throughout my life.
I am down 3.4 kgs in 2 months, lifting heavier by the day, very seldom hungry and still able to have treats when the occasion arises.
My maintenance calories are only 1800/day. I've been doing 1500 with no sign of any change. Do i need to increase my deficit?
I know that you're just trying to be healthier, but I would be so happy if my body looked like your BEFORE body.
what a great video!
Just a quick point: Whole 30 is expressly not a weight loss diet, they make a point of saying that in the book. It's a diet meant to isolate and understand your food sensitivities. They say you might lose weight on it, but that is more coincidental than intentional. I did Whole 30 once and it was fine, so I don't really have a dog in this fight, but it just bothers me when people trash the diet as "not working" because they don't lose weight on it, when that is very much not the point or intention of that diet in the first place.
I’m 5 foot tall. I would love to wear a size 6. Right now I wear a size 14! I did the 16:8 for about 2 years. It didn’t do anything!
❤❤❤
Nuggets of wisdom. Well done
I always keep royal gala apples to snack on just in case a craving hits. That crunch and healthy sweetness makes me feel better, especially when I'm on my period
I actually got tears when I listened to you. Mostly I always hear how you need to move more. You mentioned that some of us can’t because of pain and that really hit me. I don’t think anyone understands that. Thank you so much! Just to know someone understands that…is huge!
Thank you for this video. It was so timely for me. You're amazing!
I've never watched a more relatable video. Thank you, thank you ❤
CHANGING THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT IS FREAKING GENIUS!!!!
When I figure out my 300-500 calorie deficit, my calorie requirement comes to 1200 calories a day. So many people and other coaches tell me this is too low! I am so confused about my calorie requirement…
Excellent advice…thank you!
Your videos are amazing and your presentation is superb. Thank you for this gift of you!
I really like your approach. This is basically the conclusion I came to and I’m now working on consistency
Very helpful and so true in many ways especially the emotional side of eating and having a fixed routine even at the weekend
What nobody ever wants to admit is: in your diagram of the woman who was 5'2" her BMR was somewhere around 1300 cal. If she wants to lose even ONE (ONE!!!!) pound a week, she can only eat 800 cals a day.
EVEN A SHORT PERSON HAS INTERNAL ORGANS AND METABOLIC SYSTEMS THAT HAVE TO FUNCTION AND CAN'T SURVIVE ON 800 CALS A DAY!!!
So we short women are supposed to "Just accept that weight loss is going to be slower" and lose weight at such a slow pace that IT'S NOT EVEN MEASURABLE because normal weight fluctuations like variations in water retention will make it impossible to see weight loss of a quarter pound a week (one pound a month). When you either have to lose weight so slowly you can't even see it or measure it, or you have to eat 800 or fewer calories a day if you want to lose even 1 lb a week…… Well it starts to feel impossible for short women.
46 years and I've never once thought about writing down dislikes and then reversing them to identify real goals. Thank you for this seemingly simple yet very important idea.
So helpful! Especially the explanation between hunger and emotional hunger! Loved the difference between questions to ask yourself! ❤❤❤
I grew up with kilos (Spain) now I use pounds (I live in The States). I know exactly my weight in both measurements 😬😬😬😬
I have stumbled across your video, and it is the best most sensible advice on weight loss that I have found. I have reached the age of 68 with a number of health issues, and realise I really need and want to permanently to loose weight. Although I’m a male I think that most of the issues that you cover are equally applicable to us. It is just a shame that more material is not directly focused at men or by default include men. I have a long-term goal which I’m determined to achieve, I know that your principles will help me especially as I have just suffered a major setback in that I’ve managed to break my ankle. I’m determined not to make this an excuse but to move in other ways that I can. Please keep up the good work – you are an inspiration.
It's not about the number on a scale, it's about shape. I wouldn't mind to weigh 100kg if i am size 6
Currently on the military diet…. ugh tired of yoyo dieting. I love food but i hate the hold it has on me.
Low blood sugar get me eating ! Don´t know how to get my blood sugar up without calories
❤️
I find so much sanity (and enjoyment) in your reels.
Hyper keto
Hi can you send me the meals that you mentioned what to have
The advice about changing kg to lbs is a great one!
I try to measure myself every morning. I say to myself – these numbers are just data, I need quality data to make good decisions. And therefore I need lots of regular, real data.
But how do I cope with sugar addiction?
I eat healthy all day. Also my breakfast, lunch and dinner portion are not small at all.
Lots of protein, healthy fats, vegetables and fibers.
I eat quit a lot and keep loosing weight.
But every night after 8 or 9pm I am craving for sweets and sugar so badly and then eat a whole bag of sweets or coockies.
I dont eat sugar all day but every evening I crave sugar.
I dont always give in every night, but couple of times a week i do.
Luckely I dont gain weight, but I dont wanna eat so much sugar.
How can I stop this addiction?
If you are small you are scrd by nature 😢
I would def buy your meal plan
I am not worried about my weight but if I figure what I should weight I probably need to lose about 30lbs. My main goal is to eat healthy and exercise in hopes that my cancer will not return. I do not actually have a scale so cannot weight myself anyways.
Really good sound guidance.
If I only ate when actually hungry….I would lose all the weight in 2 months. I love food and enjoy eating it. 🙁
This is what I’m doing … I haven’t been tracking calories but know approximately how much is what. I am making sure to get enough protein for my height and weight that’s 70-110g of protein a day. Eating mostly whole foods and I cut out sugar. I’m eating until I’m full every day, working out several times a week and slowly losing weight and getting tighter.
Great advice Stacey. You looked attractive before but now look even better – not just from weight loss but your positive energy radiates from you. Just one thing – please stop the irritating music in the background
You're nursing? Pfft. No wonder you look like I did when I was nursing.
Each time she puts any food in her mouth, the scene cuts 😂
How does a person who has never counted calories, and doesn't weigh themself begin to figure out what a calorie deficit looks like in their daily life?
So much good advice here…I just need to work out how to make it happen 🙂
I literally tried starving myself to death. I figured if I didn’t die I would be skinny, and if I died I wouldn’t have to worry about being fat anymore. But I got so hungry after a few months of barely eating anything, working out as hard as I could, and I still only lost like 5 lbs!!! How the heck can someone eat next to nothing and still not lose weight?
You body will fight you to regain the fat. It is doing its cave man job. It is a constant battle for this season of us with obesity disease and not just bad habits.
